Description: The Hickory Playground Art Party is all about celebrating creativity, specifically in the realm of the visual and musical arts. We bring together local visual artists and musicians to perform, showcase their work, and sell their pieces. Refreshments and beverages are provided by our amazing sponsors. The party is a casual affair — the goal is to have fun, support artists, and raise money for arts education in public schools. You can come for the whole event, or just swing by and say hi… just come out and have a great time! 30% of the proceeds from art sold goes towards the Hickory Playground’s donation to arts education, while the artists keep 70% as payment for their amazing work and generosity.
